TIE Fighter Developer Would "Love" a Remake

Fans aren't the only ones excited by the prognosis of a Draw Fighter refashion: David Wessman, one of the mission builders on the new game, says he'd love to take other shot at IT and thinks most of the other evolution team members would too.

Rumors of a TIE Fighter practice-over eldest kicked up in early August when LucasArts United States President Darrell Rodriguez was asked whether the spirited might get the Monkey Island treatment, bringing it up to date for a untried generation of gamers. Ie., is information technology very Pink Floyd if they tour without Roger Amniotic fluid? Is it really Dark-skinned Sabbath if they tour without Ozzy? If Paul and Ringo spell unneurotic, would anyone accept them as The Beatles without John and George?" (Quick answers: No, yes and I don't care.)

I think it'd be fantastic if LucasArts went to the trouble of reassembling the original ontogeny team for a Wed Battler remake but I'm not leaving to hold my hint. I don't think dev teams are analogous to bands in the eyes of most gamers, who are generally more interested in the final mathematical product than the masses World Health Organization are actually responsible for creating it. This is even truer in the case of remakes, when the elements that made a lame great are already established and complete that's needful is a technical upgrade. On the other hand, I could be totally wrong; after altogether, it was a comment about erstwhile LucasArts luminary Lawrence Holland that prompted Wessman's email. What do you think?
